Does Bitchin' Sauce need to be refrigerated?
Yes! Because our sauces are made with fresh ingredients and no artificial preservatives, they must be kept refrigerated at all times to maintain their bitchin' flavor and safety.
Is Bitchin' Sauce vegan and gluten-free?
Absolutely. All of our sauces are 100% plant-based, vegan, and certified gluten-free. We use a base of raw almonds to achieve that creamy, craveable texture.
How long does the sauce stay fresh after opening?
Once opened, we recommend enjoying your Bitchin' Sauce within 7 to 10 days. Always check the 'Best By' date printed on the bottom of the tub for unopened shelf life.
How is my order shipped to ensure it stays cold?
We ship our orders in insulated liners with non-toxic gel cold packs. We typically ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your package doesn't sit in a carrier warehouse over the weekend.
Can I freeze Bitchin' Sauce?
We do not recommend freezing our sauce. Freezing can compromise the creamy consistency and cause the oils to separate, which changes the overall Bitchin' experience.
What should I do if my order arrives warm?
If your sauce arrives and the ice packs are melted but the sauce still feels cool to the touch, it is safe to refrigerate and consume. If the product is warm or the seal is bloated, please contact our support team immediately for a replacement.
