Inspect Your Haul
Check your package immediately upon arrival to ensure the cold-packs are intact and the sauce is still chilled to perfection.
Snap a Photo
If your order arrived damaged or leaked during transit, take a clear photo of the packaging and the product labels.
Contact the Crew
Email our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos to initiate a quality claim.
Resolution
Once reviewed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh batch of sauce at no extra cost.
